The MindKind Story
I have always been fascinated by what helps people thrive.
With a background in psychology and over two decades working in fields focused on human behaviour and motivation, I developed a deep interest in how people create change — and why it can sometimes feel so difficult to sustain. MindKind grew from personal experience.
Through intentional changes in lifestyle, mindset and habits, grounded in positive psychology and health science, I experienced how powerful the right support and approach can be.
Life Beyond Coaching
Based in Dublin and a mother to three boys, family life reinforces my belief that wellbeing must work in the real world. That philosophy shapes every aspect of the MindKind experience.
ADHD & Motivation Insights
I also bring lived experience of ADHD, which has given me a unique insight into challenges around focus, consistency and motivation. This perspective has shaped my coaching approach and led to the development of ADHD Thrive — tools designed to help people build systems that work with their brains rather than against them. Even for clients without ADHD, this understanding of motivation can be transformative.
